Born from military camaraderie in Afghanistan, the name “PJ” was a nickname tossed around between buddies back in 2014. Fast forward a few years, and while home from a tour, Roger—a veteran and former military contractor—began bringing PJ to life through the irresistible crunch of kettle popcorn and pork rinds.
Since 2019, PJ has become your favorite local snack dealer—serving up small-batch, big-flavor goodness all across the Florida Panhandle.
